PM Builders & JM Joinery offer a full range of building and trade requirements, with top quality workmanship.
PM Builders was established in 1998 by Philip MacKintosh. He served his time with a well-known local builder, Malcolm Urquhart of Culloden Builders. Shortly after completing his apprenticeship, he saw an opportunity in the market to set up his own business. Phil’s drive and mounting reputation saw his business grow from strength to strength. As demand grew he took on a qualified builder and later hired an apprentice which has allowed Phil to pass on his skills and passion for the job.
JM Joinery was established in 2007 by Jonathan MacKintosh, the younger brother of Philip. Jonathan served his time with local joiner Allan Robertson where he learnt the key skills and knowledge required for workshop and onsite joinery. After watching the success of PM Builders he decided to follow in his brother’s footsteps and set up on his own.
Over the years the brothers have built up a solid working relationship with all other tradesmen, including plasterers, tilers, decorators, plumbers, electricians and roofers who now form an efficient team. They also enjoy a good working relationship with Architects and Structural Engineering firms. As a result, the customer has the benefit of a complete package and is assured quality and reliability from start to finish.
